An update and a ton of photos.

Hi everyone! I figured it was time to post some photos and an update. I feel like I have kind of dropped off the face of the earth these past few months. David and I have basically been eating, breathing, and sleeping houses. We made the decision in December to start looking for a house to buy. It is the time to buy right! So for the past two or three months we have been looking for house after house after house. There is certainly a lot to sift through. Tons of bank owned properties and a lot of opportunity for a good deal. Anyway, we have put offers on four houses so far and been out bid on three of them. I guess we aren't the only ones who can spot a good deal. We are currently waiting to see if we got house number four. In the mean time the interest rates have dropped and with the government tax credit things seem to be in our favor. So I am sorry if I have been a little out of the loop lately. We love you all, and will keep you posted on the house. I hope you enjoy the photos, and feel free to comment ;).
