I just wanted to share with you the gift David got me for my birthday this year. I absolutely love it! This is a painting that David's cousin Travis Petersen painted. He is incredibly talented and I hope to buy a few more paintings from him in the future. David went to Travis's art show earlier this year and purchased it then, but has held onto it until now. He said it reminded him of me. I am so excited to have a real painting to display in my house. It's not even a print! ;). Anyway thanks Travis for sharing your talent with us. You certainly have great things ahead of you! And thank you sweetheart for such a thoughtful gift. There is somthing about this painting that is so captivating. I keep staring at her wondering what she is thinking...
PS: This is mounted in a black frame and it looks great on my wall!
